1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DonutMe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DonutMe is a self-custodial crypto payment platform that enables merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments through smart contracts. Funds are routed directly from payers to merchant wallets — DonutMe never holds or custodies any funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use DonutMe.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet private keys.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Platform Fees

• A platform fee is deducted automatically by the smart contract at the time of each confirmed payment.
• The current fee rate is published on our Pricing page.
• The smart contract enforces a hard cap of 10% (1000 basis points) on fees.

6. Self-Custody

DonutMe is a non-custodial platform. You retain full control of your funds at all times. We do not have access to your private keys or the ability to move your funds.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DonutMe for:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions.

8. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, or wallet mismanagement.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonutMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
